The Oakland Housing Authority and its Affiliates, California Housing Initiatives, Inc., Oakland Affordable Housing Preservation Initiatives, Inc., and RAMP Housing, Inc. (“Authority and its Affiliates”) invite proposals from a Commercial Real Estate Broker or Brokerage Firm (Commercial Broker) able to assist the Authority and its Affiliates in buying, selling, and/or leasing property and also able to provide miscellaneous Real Estate Consulting Services.
