20-028 – Pre-Construction and General Contracting Services

The Oakland Affordable Housing Preservation Initiatives (OAHPI), an affiliate of the Oakland Housing Authority, is pleased to release our Request for Qualifications for Pre-Construction and General Contracting Services for the substantial rehabilitation of Harrison Tower, a 101 unit high rise, affordable senior property located in Downtown Oakland at 1621 Harrison Street.

A Bidders Conference will be held on Wednesday, August 12th at 10am. Pre-registration is required.

Qualifications / proposals are due on Wednesday, September 9th at 10am.
