21-018 – Consultants for Land Use and Zoning, Choice Neighborhood Initiatives, Affordable Housing Project Management, and Affordable Housing Financial Consulting

The Oakland Housing Authority (the “Authority” or “OHA”) is soliciting qualifications for an Oncall
Consultant (“Consultant”) with specialized consulting firms to provide consulting services
on an as-needed basis in order to support a variety of affordable housing planning and
development activities. They are:
• Land Use and Zoning Analyst
• Choice Neighborhoods Initiatives Planning Consultant
• Affordable Housing Project Management Consultant
• Affordable Housing Financial Consultant
