RFP 22-018 – Certified Public Accounting Services

The Oakland Housing Authority (“OHA” or “the Authority”) is soliciting proposals on behalf of a number of its affiliate and instrumentality entities (Entities) from qualified and insured Certified Public Accounting firms with experience providing annual auditing and tax preparation services for limited partnerships that own low-income housing tax credit affordable housing developments and their non-profit managing general partners and limited liability companies.
