Structural Repairs
The Oakland Housing Authority is inviting sealed bids to structural repairs for 2001 MacArthur Blvd Oakland, CA.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish all labor, material, equipment and supplies to complete the work. The Contractor must also pay all applicable taxes and provide required insurance, permits and bonding. OHA will award a contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder.

2) Bid Documents (except blue prints) are also available to download through the OHA website: www.oakha.org. Select “Procurement” and then “OHA Vendor Center”. Blueprints may be purchased at East Bay Blue Print, located at 1745 14th Avenue, Oakland, California. The blue prints are available to the public for review at the Oakland Housing Authority Contract Compliance office, 1180 25th Avenue, Oakland, California. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM, July 9, 2010. (No late proposals will be accepted!)
