The Oakland Housing Authority is seeking an experienced organization to develop and mail notification letters to purge the 3,250 wait listed applicants from 2006.

The selected firm must have "purged", at a minimum, of wait lists for public housing agencies.

Aside from the mailing task, the selected firm will collect and review responses from initial mailing, enter data into OHA's waitlist software, and generate a second mailing to non-responsive applicants. The project must be completed in 30 days.

Firms interested in submitting a quote must complete the attached quote form.

The Quote Form is due Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 10:00 AM.
